This represents an outstanding opportunity to work in a growing investment banking player along with a long-experienced and highly focused team on mergers and acquisitions.POSITIONRole and Responsibilities:The internship program is designed to work closely with Acron Beka’s professional members during all stages of the M&A process (marketing and execution). We look for an active and committed member for the M&A group, to be involved in all relevant business activities (marketing and origination) and support the professional team in internal and client work streams.Tasks can include (but not limited to):Research and analysis worksSupport in the preparation of presentations to clients. Participation and support to the professional team members in financial analysis, modelling and valuation tasksPreparation of market analysis, transaction and trading comparable multiplesProduce and maintain databases and internal materials (e.g. credentials, case studies)Participation in live execution projects for clients PROFILEEducation and experience: Post-graduate candidates with strong academic background within Finance, Management, Economics or Engineering areasPrevious experience in the sectors of Investment Banking (preferably Corporate Finance - M&A), Valuation Services or Private Equity will be positively consideredProfessional skills: Languages: Native/Proficient level in Spanish + fluency in English will be compulsory. Other European languages in addition would be regarded positively.Strong ability with Microsoft Office tools (remarkably XLS and PPT), use of Bloomberg and other M&A frequently-used information databasesTechnical competencies: accounting knowledge, financial and valuation skillsPersonal Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetermination to learn, passion for excellence and results-driven. Capacity to perform well under pressure and against deadlines.
