We are looking for a Scrum Master - Software Developer Engineer for joining our R&D department.
As Application Development Center we develop and innovate products, with a high focus on customer-specific solutions.
Will be responsible for the design and development of different ERTMS Train Control Systems, according to design / product specifications.
As well performing as Scrum Master of one of the development teams.
  Main functions and responsibilities.
• Drive the software development process cycle based on agile framework.
Lead and guide the team and focus it on the objectives.
• Manage the scrum process steps (sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, dailys…) • Reporting of Agile metrics to the Product Owner / Project manager • Remove blockers for the scrum team • Software Development for specific Siemens solutions.
• Design, implement and modify software using the ADA/C/C++/Visual C programming language, using SIL4 techniques.
• Assume the responsibilities throughout the entire software development cycle, including specification, design, development, test, and delivery phase.
• Work in an international and multidisciplinary development team.
• Innovation and research on new technologies applied to products.
Requirements.
• Software engineer (computer science, senior engineer in industrial, telecommunications) • Desirable experience in the development of applications for Railway Signaling Train Control systems or other SIL4 products • Desirable experience in working and applying Agile/Scrum in a software development team • Desirable 3 years of experience in research projects    Knowledge.
• Knowledge of AGILE software development methodology (SCRUM) and related tools (Jira, Gitlab, RTC) • Knowledge in ADA/C / C ++/Visual C programming language preferably; other programming languages as Java / Python will be valued • Knowledge on SW architecture.
• Knowledge on Railway Systems as (ERTMS) will be highly valued.
• Ability to manage integration environments as well as ability to analyze and implement test automation.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Confluence or Polarion.
• Knowledge of automatic testing and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, SonarQube) • Knowledge of requirements and traceability management tools (Doors, Polarion) • Knowledge of SIL2/4 development techniques (CENELEC Standard) It will be assessed.
• Knowledge on ADA will be valued.
• Knowledge in robots and test environment automatization will be valued.
• IT Security knowledge (vulnerability testing, threat mitigation, authentication, access control, cryptography) will be very valued.
• Programming using code standards (MISRA & CERT C) and following good development practices   Skills.
• Leadership.
• Facilitate team collaboration and communication • Support the team in removing or escalating impediments that the team cannot solve internally • Proactivity, Empathy and social skills • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Good level of Spanish and English, spoken and written.
