At Nextlane, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, push boundaries, and work on solutions that are transforming the automotive world.🎯 Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:Conduct manual testing to identify, document, and report bugs and issues, ensuring a high level of product quality.Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.Develop and execute automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, supporting our transition to a more automated testing framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and support, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.Take ownership of QA processes, continuously improving methodologies and ensuring adherence to quality standards.🕵️‍♂️ What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in QA with a strong background in manual testing.Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).Solid knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Flutter, Swift or similar) used in automation.Familiarity with test management tool like XRAY for Jira and bug tracking systems.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively.Leadership potential, with a willingness to guide and inspire team members.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Fluent in Spanish, English and French (mandatory). 🤝 Our Recruitment Process:30-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.Two conversations with our different Hiring Managers and Tech Leads to share more about the project and our goals.
