· Effettuare interventi di vario genere dalla piccola edilizia, all’idraulica, all’elettricità o altro.
Pertanto è richiesta versatilità e capacità in tutti i settori.
· Coordinare gli eventuali interventi delle ditte esterne verificando lo stato di avanzamento e valutando la correttezza dei lavori.
· Elaborare il fabbisogno di attrezzature, di materiali e di interventi da effettuare in Hotel, utili alla formulazione del budget.
Requisitos Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso di un diploma di perito tecnico, una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e padronanza con Excel e altri Software.
Ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 1 anno in analoga posizione in strutture di pari o superiore categoria.
Possiede una buona conoscenza dell’impiantistica di grandi strutture (elettricità MT&BT, climatizzazione, idraulica, telefonia, trasmissione dati, antincendio) e dei relativi programmi di gestione.
Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali.
disponibilità a lavorare su turni, flessibilità, ottima manualità, spirito di iniziativa, buone doti di problem solving, precisione e gestione dello stress.
