Marine Sales Executive TraineeWhale Maritime started its journey in 2020, Spain. We supply and provide maritime supplies, repairs and services to shipowners across the world. Since our beginnings, we have been through a steep learning curve, enhancing our solutions, and are now providing maritime services in many ports, worldwide.We are based on the demand from shipowners who wish supplies to be delivered on time, prioritizing quality, all within the highest standards in the industry. Whale Maritime is dedicated to providing services to shipowners around clock, and to foresee any problems and complications before they arise.As trainee in our company, we will teach and educate you within the maritime industry. We will provide a professional learning program from the start, as well as provide you the opportunity to work with an experienced mentor with weekly development meetings.Your daily responsibilities:• You will be dedicated to a specific areawhere you will be responsible for monitoring the activity and potentialsupplies and needed trades.• Identify potential customers and performcall outs on a daily basis. Hereunder daily cold calling to potential newcustomers in our area.• Prepare quotations and any otherrelevant documents needed for the supply.• Be in contact with operations on supplyand closely coordinate all supplies.• Look for contract opportunities withinyour area for our customers.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Economics or Marketing.• You are a social profile, enjoy to speakand communicate with many different stakeholdersworldwide.• Fluent in English. Other languages suchas Spanish, Greek or Mandarin are valuable. • You hold good analytical skills.• You are able to work in a dynamicenvironment and dedicated to be there for our customers even outside normalworking hours.• Detail-oriented and disciplined withinthe commercial area.Benefits:• We offer a trainee contract with amonthly compensation fee (40 hours/week) with the possibility for a indefinitework contract after traineeship for the right inidviduals.• A dedicated mentor and directconnections to our commercial area and sales.• Colleagues and a team who share the samevalues as you.• Working hours from Monday to Friday from8:30 to 4:30 p.m. or from 14:00 to 21:00.We are looking for the right candidate to start soonest.Please send your CV and resume soonest to job@whalemaritime.comWe are looking forward to hear from you!
