The combination of these will lead to a truly differentiated experience for you.If this excites you, then apply below.Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and services in commercial analytics Job Description: The Job entails the following but is not limited to:Will be a strategic partner for a regional client division; helping them shape commercial strategies based on robust analytics, a data-driven insights, also would need to collaborate seamlessly with other functional teams Responsible for overall delivery of client projects; Project scope can be across Omni-Channel Analytics, Test & Control Analysis, Content Analytics etc.Should have designed and developed reporting solutions for clients on Marketing Effectiveness; built framework on Optimal Content Mix for brandsShould have developed ETL processes using multiple data sources & designed process flows to generate analytics ready datasets, KPIs in an automated mannerShould work on Big Data Analytics, MMx, Content Mix Modeling, Web Scraping, Statistical Modeling, Segmentation & Targeting Identify opportunities of optimization in development and operation through innovative solution or ways of workingAbility to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendationsBe update on industry trends and translate expertise into solutions solving industry specific problemsExpert in handling large data sets, automating processes and building custom reportsTechnical and Soft Skills:Strong thought leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability of them Consultative problem-solving approach, customer orientation, and strong collaboration skillsExceptional analytical skills with demonstrated experience extracting valuable insights from complex data-setsExperience in AWS, Snowflake, SQL, ETL toolsGood to have: reporting and dashboarding with analytical tools such as, MS office suite, SQL, ETL, Tableau/PowerBIGood knowledge of Tableau server, Admin functions, Installation, Configuration and Back up optionsPersuasive and credible communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define business KPIs based on domain knowledgeRequires ability to work in a globally distributed team setup, providing technical consultative support to peers, projects and end users
