Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst Private Label Solutions (PLS), one of Expedia Group’s fastest-growing divisions, specializes in delivering innovative API and Template solutions for our B2B partners worldwide.
As the partner-focused arm of Expedia Group, PLS is dedicated to empowering businesses with tailored solutions that drive growth and success.
PLS partners with a wide range of businesses (loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel managers, and online retailers and many other segments) empowering them to remarket Expedia Group’s rates to their customers.

As the Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of our rapidly growing B2B business.
Joining the PLS Analytics team, you will lead the development of innovative insights, shape analytical strategies, and drive data-informed decision-making to uncover revenue opportunities and optimize commercial performance.
Your focus will include evaluating performance drivers, analysing revenue trends, and providing actionable recommendations, all while collaborating with global teams across Technology, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Machine Learning.
With a deep understanding of partner business models, supply dynamics, and market trends, you will work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems, build innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth of an international team.
The ideal candidate will combine advanced analytical and technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, trading performance analysis, and travel.
In this role, you will.
Analyse partner marketing performance to uncover key trends, campaign effectiveness, and areas for optimization, delivering actionable insights to drive engagement and revenue growth.
Support the development of scalable dashboards and performance tracking to provide visibility into marketing impact.
Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for improving partner marketing strategies and campaign ROI, supporting business cases with clear insights.
Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for marketing teams and key stakeholders, helping bridge analytics with strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Partner Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Analytics, to ensure alignment and drive data-informed initiatives.
Contribute to broader analytics efforts, leveraging data science and automation to enhance efficiency and optimize partner marketing performance.
Experience and qualifications.
2+ years of analytical experience in a data-rich commercial environment, such as online travel, e-commerce, or banking.
Good understanding of revenue drivers, market dynamics, and commercial performance metrics.
Great in analysing marketing campaign performance to identify key commercial opportunities and risks.
A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid grasp of statistical methods and their application to real-world commercial challenges.
Proven ability to work with large datasets using tools like SQL, R, or similar languages, with demonstrated expertise in uncovering trading drivers in digital environments.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a talent for crafting clear and impactful dashboards.

London, Madrid, in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week.
