About the Role.
As part of the Healthcare Solutions and Partnership (HS&P) team, the Marketing and Communications Intern contributes to delivering support in omnichannel marketing and administrative functions.
The HS&P Marketing team develops and implements integrated communication campaigns, blending expertise in branding, content strategy, and copywriting to engage customers with relevant and meaningful content along the customer journey and to strengthen the Boston Scientific brand.
This position will also support the execution of Digital Marketing strategies for HS&P.
Your Responsibilities will include.
Contribute to the development of HS&P Marketing Plans in support of HS&P business objectives and in alignment with Divisional marketing strategies.
Support content marketing strategies for HS&P portfolio with clear deliverables, milestones, accountabilities, and measures of success that are needed to accomplish business objectives and inform future projects.
Partner with the omnichannel and product marketing teams and other stakeholders to deliver relevant content throughout the customer journeys for online and offline touchpoints.
This may include healthcare professional (HCP), referrer, and patient campaigns on products and technologies, solutions and services, therapies, clinical data, tradeshows, and customer events.
Translate value propositions into stories through compelling storytelling.
Support the management of the existing portfolio of content and create new content where there are gaps and opportunities.
Help with creative, copywriting, and translation vendors, in compliance with Boston Scientific’s policies.
Manage creative and designs, in line with Boston Scientific’s brand standards, and act as brand ambassador.
Support the management and tracking of budgets.
Monitor KPIs and perform content analysis, optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing content.
Collaborate with key partners in EMEA and Global Integrated Marketing Communications and demonstrate excellence in creating synergies, cross-fertilization, and continuous improvement.
Support the creation of a centralized control and unified vision of the digital paid media strategy enabling applied synergies across all digital channels.
Support SEO strategy for implementation of audit findings.
Support the amplification of marketing messages by consulting on and assisting with website changes and content/page creation.
What are we looking for in you? Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business or other relevant fields.
Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (Native or C1) Previous experience in medtech is a plus.
Relevant experience in marketing communications is a plus.
Ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and monitor projects.
Highly organised with good project management and planning skills.
Knowledge about SEO and content production for various digital, social media and other channels Expertise and relationship skills to influence stakeholders.
