MARKETING ASSISTANT 5* HOTEL

Join our prestigious team at The Donna Portals Hotel, a renowned 5-star luxury hotel nestled in the picturesque island of Mallorca. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our guests, offering unparalleled service, exquisite amenities and a commitment to creating unforgettable stays for every visitor. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team as Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the hotel’s brand image and drive revenue growth. If you enjoy new projects and are passionate about this profession, this is the ideal place for you!Key responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Marketing, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies both online and offline to promote The Donna Portals Hotel’s brand, services and offerings.Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels specially including social media and also email, print and digital advertising.Ensure that all aspects of the hotel’s marketing and communication adhere to brand standards and enhance the perception of luxury and quality.Conduct market research and benchmark with the assistance of the Head of Marketing to understand industry trends.Assist in creation of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the overall objectives of the hotel.Support the execution of special events, promotions, and partnerships to drive customer engagement and loyalty.Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies and partners involved in marketing initiatives.Job requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar.A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hotel or tourism industry.Exceptional communication skills.Creative and innovative thinker, capable of generating new ideas that resonate with the exclusive nature of the hotel.Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.Advanced video editing and photo editing capabilities with Premiere and Photoshop or similar, capable of demonstrating it in an interview test.Advanced English and Spanish, mandatory.The position requires working from the hotel offices.Organized and methodical person.We offer:Part time contract of 20 weekly hours, all year roundA dynamic work environment in one of the best locations in MallorcaFlexible schedule within 9am to 5 pm scheduleOpportunities for professional and personal growthSalary according to merit and annual bonus
