Your role in the Team.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts in the Spanish market.
Partnering with our incredible local and regional teams, you will support the development of IG’s positioning in Spain, by identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
You will execute marketing programs leveraging internal and external support, while driving collaboration, analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities.
\r\n \r\n Collaborate on the development and implementation of Marketing Strategies.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, differentiation, customer acquisition, and retention in the Spanish market.
\r\n Campaign Management.
Partner with our teams of channel experts and external agencies to plan, coordinate, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
\r\n Performance Monitoring.
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on ROI.
\r\n Collaboration.
Work closely with the regional marketing team, sales team, PCMs and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities.
\r\n Budget Management.
Manage the marketing budget for the Spanish market, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
\r\n Brand Positioning.
Enhance IG’s brand presence in Spain through strategic brand positioning, messaging, partnerships, and events.
\r\n Event Management.
Plan and execute online and in-person events, coordinating with sales to leverage events for lead generation and retention.

What You’ll Need For This Role \r\n \r\n Proven experience in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns in the Spanish market \r\n Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills \r\n Highly organized and detail-oriented \r\n Experience developing accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaigns \r\n Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
\r\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing local and regional stakeholders.
\r\n Around 5 years of work experience in marketing \r\n Fully proficient Spanish speaker, advanced English language skills \r\n \r\n As an advantage.
\r\n \r\n Proven experience in the financial industry within marketing \r\n Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.
., Salesforce) \r\n Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.
