Whether through magazine advertising, banners, advertorials, webinars, white papers, video, infographics, or other services, DCD offers a suite of bespoke channels to help marketers reach their objectives.About the role:As the Marketing Executive - Client Campaigns, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and enhancing the marketing strategy for the demand generation arm of DCD's marketing services business unit; dedicated to providing high-quality lead generation campaigns to colocation, advisory and technology providers across the digital infrastructure sector. Alongside the wider Demand Generation team, you’ll be responsible for delivering complex client campaigns across the full marketing mix; leveraging digital media, sponsored content, video and broadcasting activations that generate qualified MQLs specific to a designated commercial brief, to our global account base.For this role, it is mandatory to be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.Across your dedicated channels, you will: Optimise broadcast viewership, engagement & UX Implement best-in-class content marketing campaignsDeliver innovative content-creation campaigns to drive continued reader engagement Execute & optimise multi-channel campaigns incorporating email, digital, social, print and events Key Activities:Own & execute the marketing plans for your dedicated content channelsIndependently execute marketing plans to achieve revenue, lead generation, subscription and viewership targets for campaigns within your portfolio Establish & refine target audiences for each of your channels based on industry personas Leverage marketing communications to drive account creations and channel subscriptions Work with DCD Partners and speakers to create compelling, measurable influencer marketing campaigns Create engaging on-demand viewership campaigns for our on-demand streaming service, with strong storytelling Design digital marketing collateral for the campaigns within your channels (brochures, leaderboards, MPUs, social cards, etc)Deliver organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook Manage websites for each broadcast series within your channelsWork closely with sales, client success and production teams on campaign deliveryOwn & regularly report back to stakeholders on campaign progress & KPIsCollaborate and share best practice with the wider marketing teamLead dedicated sponsor marketing campaigns to deliver warm leads to sales team Core Competencies:12 months digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environmentFluency in PortugueseDemonstrated understanding of marketing fundamentalsHave experience with CRM and content management systems, marketing automation tools, and social media channels (Experience with Marketo preferred) Excellent writing skills & confident writing benefit driven copy for a technical audience Demonstrated multi-channel campaign experience, incorporating email, digital, print and video Proactive problem solver able to tackle red-flags quickly and feed into process improvements Comfortable analysing performance metricsAbout you: Outgoing and collaborative team player A confident copywriter with excellent communication skills Willing to take ownership of campaigns & proactive by natureAbility to handle multiple projects at once, pivot quickly, and manage time effectivelyResults-driven and accountable for targets  Interested in - or keen to learn about - the data center industry Salary: 24.000~26.000 euros per year grossThis is a hybrid role, combining home working (Monday and Friday) with three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) working out of our Madrid office.
