Join the Iberia Marketing team as an Intern!Haier HVAC Solutions is looking for an intern to support the Iberia Marketing team. If you are passionate about marketing and excited to kick-start your professional career with a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of air conditioning and HVAC solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!As a Marketing Intern, you will support in drive and contribute channel marketing activities across Spain & Portugal, with some contribution in European projects. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure the marketing plan is delivered on time. You will be based at our Barcelona office and report directly to the Channel Marketing Lead B2C, who will mentor and guide you throughout your journey at Haier.Your main objectives during the internship will be as follows:Support the Spanish & Portugal marketing team in all the daily tasks.Coordination and monitoring of promotional materials Support in the management of the company's social networks.Support in the content management of the website ensuring a good SEO positioning.Support in the management of PR Agency.Support in the preparation of the monthly marketing report and briefings for external agenciesSupport in the preparation of creative pieces.You will help to manage external suppliers such as designers and social or event agencies to organise and manage key activities.Support in the organisation of events, trade fairs and commercial activations.Collaboration in the planning and development of email marketing campaigns.What you need to succeed:Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of studies, or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.Basic knowledge of digital marketing, communication and business strategies.Ability to fully commit to projects and events.A strong aptitude for learning, creativity and innovation.A proactive individual, eager to learn, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Knowledge of the Adobe package (InDesign/Illustrator basic-medium level) is an asset.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.This role is based in Barcelona – office location.Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.What can we offer you:✅Internship program lasting 6 to 12 months (if possible).✅Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, based on your needs (full-time or part-time).✅ An opportunity to learn with a leading company in air conditioning and comfort.✅ A dynamic, innovative environment with a young and professional team.✅ Development of skills in marketing, communication, and market analysis.✅ Coaching and mentoring throughout your journey at Haier.✅ Monthly study allowance based on your working hours.Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
