🎖 Job Opportunity: Marketing Intern & Digital Content Creator Specialist
We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and experience life in a fast-growth startup. This role will be key in supporting the growth of the company. You will work directly with our Head of Marketing and have frequent interactions with all the areas of the business, and you will play a key part in sculpting the best content for SolarMente.

🥅 Your Mission

Recording and editing attractive videos for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) as well as for Paid Media or web.
Creating creative content for social media and Paid Media, growing followers and engagement.
Managing, planning, and overseeing Social Media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin).
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and Social Media platforms to create content that captures the attention of our target audience.
Actively participating in brainstorming sessions and bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Ensuring all designs and videos are consistent with our brand guidelines.
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Supporting the team with market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborating on email marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance.

🏆 Ideal Candidate

You believe in our mission and want to be part of the revolution.
You have knowledge of video creation and editing to make reels, stories, or TikToks.
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma are your friends.
You are at ease managing social media and creating content.
You have good communication skills, as well as copywriting skills.
You are both organized and resourceful (you are not afraid of challenges, right?).
You are detail-oriented in your work.
You speak Spanish at a native level (C1 or C2).
You have a very good level of English (don't be shy, our working language is English _ B1 minimum)
You have an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
You enjoy working with social media.
