About Badi:Badi is a leading platform in the real estate technology space, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and renting homes. Our mission is to connect people with the perfect living spaces through innovative solutions and exceptional user experiences. Badi operates through two main verticals: Badi Marketplace (Badi App) and Badi Plus (Operator).Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing Badi App’s brand presence, driving user acquisition, and managing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our social media channels, executing marketing campaigns, and managing a performance marketing budget aimed at growing our user base.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across all platforms.Manage and create content for Badi App’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and other stakeholders to enhance Badi App’s market presence.Plan and execute marketing and branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and brand guidelines.Oversee and manage the performance marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and user growth.Monitor and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the tech or real estate sector.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.Experience in managing performance marketing budgets and campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms and analytics tools.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Play a key role in shaping the marketing and branding strategy of a growing proptech company.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
