You will work closely with the CEO and, with a hands-on approach, manage multiple marketing initiatives while wearing several marketing hats simultaneously. If you are professionally from the crypto space, have a passion for all things web3, are hungry for a challenge, want to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and are ready to execute and lead Venga's marketing, then this role is for you!💻 What You'll Be DoingWork alongside Venga's CEO, Marketing Manager, product team, and any other stakeholders to understand Venga's roadmap and immerse yourself in the product.You will take ownership of Venga's email marketing communication, leading, perfecting, and enhancing it while implementing new strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.Being a master copywriter in English and Spanish, you will spearhead the creation of written content for all email communication while hiring a team of copywriters that we will use when needed.You will take the lead in establishing an email marketing automation flow and ensuring its functionality and success, fine-tuning as we get metrics.You will be responsible for developing and implementing Venga's Spanish digital communications strategy from scratch: content, calendar, style, tone of voice, etc.With a hands-on approach, you will drive the creation of relevant and attention-grabbing content (images, illustrations, animations, videos, etc).When needed, you will manage Venga's communication and partnership development for marketing, brand visibility, and more.You will spearhead Venga's affiliate and referral marketing strategies, driving growth and innovation through continuous strategic thinking and optimization.You will work closely with other departments, such as product, engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure all company efforts are aligned.Working alongside the marketing team, you will set up analytics for all marketing activities and, in the future, develop KPIs that the marketing team will follow.You will continuously monitor the results of all marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI, adapting, improving, and changing strategies where necessary.Being from the crypto, blockchain, and web3 space, you will always think outside the box because everything we do at Venga must be different, better, or both.You will continuously stay updated on all industry trends and pitch news, ideas, new projects, and initiatives to the team.👤 Who You Are & What You'll NeedYou are from the crypto, blockchain, and web3 space and have a proven track record working in a fast-growing company.You have 3+ years of marketing experience in a relevant role.A very high level of English.A very high level of Spanish.You have strong copywriting and reviewing skills in both languages.Any additional language is a big plus. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or other relevant degree. Prooven track record in email marketing, content marketing, social media, PPC, and affiliate marketing with knowledge of relevant tools and communication techniques.You have experience working in Figma, Photoshop, and other equivalent tools.You have excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the scrum framework.
