MARKETING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (CRM AND MARKETING AUTOMATION)

We are hiring:A junior B2B Marketing professional willing to grow in the Marketing Operations field. The successful candidate should be highly proactive, a fast learner, tech-savvy, and data-oriented.Our goal is to integrate into the team a professional who can grow together with us and who is willing to work with some of the top Scaleups in Europe.Who is IVICUO? We are a Marketing Operations Consulting company whose main role is to connect the Marketing Strategy with the Business results. We plan, implement and optimize processes related to:Marketing Automation: with Pardot, HubSpot as the main tools and Salesforce as the CRM to connect with.Marketing Data & Reporting: connecting all the tools used in the marketing stack and ensuring the continuous tracking of the user journey milestones.We are not an agency and it's not our goal to become one. Our clients are key European Scaleups, we are part of their teams, and we have a premium dedication to each of them.Job Description: Your work for our customers will consist of:Supporting the implementation of Marketing Automation Tools, CRM & Analytical processes, always based on guidelines provided by senior consultants.Quality assurance during the testing and release phase of the Marketing Operation processes.Implementation & Optimization of lead qualification systems.Lead flow management & analysisMarketing Automation and CRM synchronisation Quality Assurance: Identifying potential errors and identifying opportunities for improvement.Helping to build the customer journey by combining and tracking all the relevant channels used by the clientWhat else will you be doing in IVICUO?Customer Requests ManagementKnowledge Management: Supporting the documentation of key processes of the consulting team.Internal Tools Management to ensure the increase of productivity of the consulting team.Requirements:Fluency in English is a must.Must live in Spain.1 or 2 years of experience working with a Marketing Automation tool (Pardot, HubSpot, Active Campaign, Keap, Salesforce, or other)Full Marketing automation rule (workflows, automations, CRM Management) will be a plus.Data & Reporting experience.Proactive & with initiative.Tech lover (like to work with different tools) & process mindset.Goal & Detail oriented.Can-do attitude.IVICUO values diversity and would like to grow in such a way.
