MARKETPLACE INTERN

THE ROLE We’re looking for a Marketplace Intern to join our growing marketplace team.
This position is responsible for launching our products on our marketplace, driving performance of product sales through feed optimization and campaigns, identifying opportunities and assisting with new business.
YOUR CHALLENGE.
Upload, update, and maintain product catalogs, including descriptions, images, stock levels, and pricing across all marketplaces (Mirakl, Koongo, sales channel apps).
Regularly monitor and review product listings, ensuring that prices, availability, and product information are accurate and up-to-date across all marketplaces.
Support the activation and execution of online promotional campaigns, ensuring timely setup and monitoring of performance metrics.
Assist with the daily operations of both marketplace and outlet channels, including product uploads, pricing revisions, and performance tracking Analyse and report on marketplace channel growth, expansion opportunities and competition Assist with product fulfilment, inventory management and related KPI's Communicate regularly with Key Account Managers (KAMs) from different marketplaces to coordinate strategies, resolve issues, and optimize marketplace performance.
Assist in monitoring marketplace and outlet performance, generating reports on sales trends, stock levels, campaign results, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work directly with our customer service team managing customer feedback and product reviews YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF.
2 years of experience with marketplaces is a PLUS! Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented and ensure product data is always accurate.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel to analyze data and track performance.
Proactive, solving problems and improving processes independently.
Excellent communication skills and can work with internal teams and marketplace partners.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS tools and connectors like Mirakl or Koongo.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Fast-paced environments and can adapt to change quickly.
