Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Los tipos de proyectos que asignamos a nuestros matrones son muy variados.
abrir una pequeña maternidad en un ámbito rural, establecer un programa para responder a problemas de violencia sexual, atender a pacientes en un hospital en una ciudad, etc.
Los matrones que trabajan con nosotros actúan en contextos culturales diversos y en zonas de conflicto.
Es necesario, por ello, tener la capacidad de adaptarse a esa realidad concreta.
Requisitos mínimos.
Diplomatura o licenciatura en Enfermería, especialidad de Enfermería Obstétrico-Ginecológica.
Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral.
Experiencia en partos complicados y atención perinatal.
Experiencia demostrable en planificación familiar y auxilios madre-niño.
Alto nivel de conocimiento de inglés y/o francés.
Se priorizará a los candidatos con conocimientos de ambos idiomas.
Disponibilidad mínima de 12 meses (divididos en dos misiones de seis meses).
Conocimientos informáticos a nivel de usuario.
Requisitos deseados.
Experiencia en el terreno con otras ONG.
Se valorará el dominio del árabe, español y/o portugués.
Formación y/o experiencia especializada, por ejemplo en enfermedades tropicales, salud pública, etc.
Lo que ofrecemos.
Curso de preparación antes de la salida al terreno.
Contrato legal durante el periodo de duración de la misión.
El salario básico es aproximadamente de euros brutos al mes en las primeras salidas y en posiciones de menor responsabilidad.
Dicho salario se va revisando en función de la permanencia en la organización y las experiencias asumidas.
Posibilidad de desarrollar una trayectoria profesional dentro de una organización internacional.
Un técnico del departamento de Recursos Humanos (profile manager) hará el seguimiento de la evolución profesional (career path, formaciones, etc.) dentro de la organización.
