Aylin White are working closely with an international data centre main contractor/ general contractor who are pushing heavily into Spain and looking to set up a local delivery function, initially in Madrid. They operate in ground up data centre delivery, rather than data hall fit out so are open to people without data centre experience, but who demonstrate a history of successful delivery of complex projects. The main focus is on Mechanical or Electrical Package Managers or Project Managers who have managed subcontractors with package values over £5m equivalent. Willingness to broaden horizons from your trade and help in other areas is valued. This is also a chance to get in on the ground floor as Spain is set to experience a boom over the next five years and is a wonderful place to live.Trade or management qualification is accepted, along with experience of start to finish on a major scheme demonstrating an ability to work through issues and work as a team to overcome problems. You must have the right to work in Spain and be looking to base your life there.
