Introduction:Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? As the Media Buying and Monetization Intern at Toluna, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our market research panels in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Brazil. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic traffic acquisition campaigns designed to generate high quality leads (panelists) through various digital channels, including affiliate marketing, co-registration, and direct media buying via Facebook and Google Ads. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of a project focused on monetizing the online traffic of our proprietary panel. Responsibilities:Learn and Develop: Work alongside seasoned professionals to craft and execute digital media buying strategies aimed at acquiring qualified panelists. Gain exposure to the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy development to execution and optimization across LATAM and Spain regions.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Data, Product, CRM, Design, and Helpdesk teams to ensure seamless integration and successful campaign outcomes.Explore New Opportunities: Assist in identifying and evaluating new digital media platforms, opportunities, and partnerships to maximize campaign reach and performance.Optimize Campaigns: Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns, learning how to balance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and conversion rates for maximum impact.Support Monetization Efforts: Help coordinate and execute panel monetization strategies by collaborating with brands to set up successful partnerships.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data to inform decisions, perform A/B testing, and continuously improve campaign performance through growth marketing techniques.Creative Collaboration: Work with in-house designers to develop compelling creatives that effectively promote our brand.Vendor & Partner Management: Gain experience managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring alignment with our standards and objectives.Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating new insights into our acquisition strategies.Analyze & Report: Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Foster Innovation: Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing knowledge, ideas, and supporting professional growth within the team.Panel Management Support: Participate in various tasks related to panel management, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Required skill set:Educational Background: You have recently a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Passion for Digital Marketing: You have a strong interest in digital media buying and online marketing, with a desire to deepen your understanding of this dynamic field.Foundational Knowledge: You possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, performance metrics, and audience targeting techniques.Comfort with Numbers: You feel comfortable working with numbers and using Excel, or you’re eager to learn and develop these skills.Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, drawing insights, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
