The majority Online but some punctual off line activities. Out of the scope of this role will be Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Metasearch and Affiliation)Expected KnowledgeMedia Strategy, Planning, trafficking and buyingExperience with online media and desirable some offlineAdvance excel userEXPERIENCEAt least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and overall 4/5 years of digital marketing/media experience. It could be at a media agency and/or Marketing departments of a client.Experience in strategic media planning, buying and implementationQUALIFICATIONSEagerness and desire to work in a multinational environment in the travel industry on a media digitally driven role.Education:Preferable: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Engineer,Also acceptable Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar with a “numeric” and analytical professional experienceMarketing or Advertising degreeAdditional training on Marketing and/or Digital communication.Manage and coordinate media plans (on and off line, domestic & international ideally)Experience working with international teamsExperience with reporting and analysisFluent in English (written & spoken)Ideally experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager and also RTB (DSP’s) y Facebook Ads.Also a plus knowledge on MS Office, Adobe, & Google Adwords and basic programming knowledge (ie. HTML, CSS, Javascript…)KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Media role will report to the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce and will be responsible for leading the Media Strategy on /off , global budget supervision and agency relationship.Main role: Media Strategy, Planning, buying, reporting and optimization.Responsible for the global overview and performance of the upper and mid funnel disciplines.Directly responsible for ON line display and branding.Lead the analysis and input on all other investments (combining and integrating OFF line and ON line): Paid Media, Paud Social, emailing, etc. and combine if applicable input from other performance initiatives.Supervise and approve local BU yearly media plan.Align with different countries, Marketing Directors and e-commerce to define and implement the plan.Support assets and supervise markets initiatives.Coordination with HeadQuarters teams and media agency HeadQuarters team.Key contact with media agency.Coordination of the communication materials needed for the media plans implementation with BU and Marketing departments.Ready to negotiate with media (barter or cash) directly with media partners or with the media agency.Coordination of the annual communication plan with the BU marketing teams, in order to assure its correct execution and implementation.Pre and post assessment of plans.
