Regular J&J MedTech Korea is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, located in Seoul.
[Key responsibilities] Maximize growth and long-term value creation by influencing strategic choices and prioritization; formulate and operationalize a viable mid-to-long-term strategy.
Take an agile approach to P&L management.
Drive forecasting accuracy and improve scenario/contingency planning, dynamically allocate resources in dealing with volatility and uncertainly.
Support local partnership and SC localization initiatives Partner with regional supply chain finance team to drive and deliver OPEX improvement and hold accountable for delivering financial targets Automate OCNIS (other cost not in standard), Improving the quality of analysis Full responsibility for Supply Chain related intercompany transactions [Required Qualifications] Education - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting Minimum 5+ years of finance or supply chain finance experience Strong experience and understanding of standard cost and P&L Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean Proficiency with Microsoft Office application Power-Excel and SAP users are preferred.
