Join us at Mimacom as a Scrum Master and let's create something amazing together!What You'll Do:As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that teams operate efficiently and align with business objectives in a complex technical environment. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Lead Agile practices within squads, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with priorities.Facilitate collaboration across multitechnological teams, managing dependencies and guaranteeing seamless integration between technologies.Promote Agile best practices, enabling teams to navigate and balance different development speeds effectively.Coordinate tasks and manage impediments, ensuring timely delivery of user stories based on technical priorities and dependencies.Collaborate closely with developers, tackling challenges in highly technical and complex projects.What You'll Need:We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:Technical background: Ideally, 3 years as a developer to understand technical dynamics and foster collaboration effectively.Scrum Master experience: At least 1 year working with teams handling multiple technologies and varying speeds.Practical expertise in managing technical dependencies and integrations within Agile environments.Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies (certifications are a plus).Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex team dynamics.Adaptability and a pragmatic approach, capable of proposing solutions in challenging scenarios.Professional level of English.Even if you don’t check off every one of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you.
