WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Software Engineer you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels.
You will need to be able to understand current organization (AS-IS) and act in transformational environment (TO-BE).
You will encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts.
Strongly serving and supporting the client and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customer.
Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.
Follow with different teams the development and test evolution.
Removing impediments/risks.
Active participation to remove impediments or finding the right personnel to remove the risks.
Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Contribution of possible solutions with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information Working actively Facilitate the cooperation between roles WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required qualifications Soft Skills.
Murex technical specialist in all services and modules implemented in Santander Group.
Experience in version MX upgrades, services distribution, configurations, performance, stress test, Murex projects (FO, BO, MO) and generic knowledge of financial products.
Murex Application Murex version 3.
Knowledge Murex platform.
Workflows and PreTrade-PostTrade configurations.
Processes and EOD sequence DataMart Installation and version upgrades.
Database’s Oracle.
Programming languages Unix Shells Script (KornShell, Bash) Java SQL, PLSQL.
XML        C&#; Python DevOps Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence Cloud AWS and Azure IaaS, PaaS Others ServiceNow Monitoring platforms.
DEVO, Dynatrace Planification and processes automation platform.
ControlM Languages.
