Nestlé Professional  Full-time     POSITION SUMMARY Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers.
Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with our partners through the Monthly Business Planning (MBP).
Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.
To manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs.
To drive project for events ensuring availability of a plan with stakeholders and execution on time.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …   Collect information and assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, customer/distribution changes, historical data (with SAS Forecast Studio) in order to create the demand plan.
Determine key issues with volume variance that may impact supply, and highlight to the Factory Production Planner by.
Challenging existing Logistics and Supply Planning processes and tools  Implementing improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.
..
time savings, increased efficiencies, etc.) Monitoring requirements evolution Collaborate with cross functional teams and create plans for Event Management Innovation & Rennovation (such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, product discontinuation...).
Supply planning.
Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.
Periodically review the stock level to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
Inventory Management.
Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location (manage stock policy, challenge the Factory cycles…).
ARE YOU A FIT?    Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market/business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas.
Supply Chain (DSP, Customer Service, Procurement) Experience in the following processes would be highly beneficial.
