NETSUITE ADMINISTRATOR

Introduction to the PositionOur client, a dynamic and growing company, has recently implemented NetSuite across their European entities. They are now seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support the system post-go-live and to prepare for their upcoming expansion in the APAC region. This position is based in Madrid, and while speaking Spanish is not a requirement, it is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in the ongoing success and growth of the company.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing support and maintenance for the NetSuite system, ensuring smooth operation post-implementation.Manage and resolve NetSuite-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement NetSuite enhancements.Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient use of NetSuite functionalities.Assist in the planning and execution of NetSuite-related projects, particularly for the APAC expansion.Stay updated with NetSuite updates and new features, ensuring the system leverages the latest functionalities.Desired QualificationsProven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with NetSuite system maintenance and data integrity management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Apply online/via LinkedIn or email your CV to oliver@systemsaccountants.com.For more information on this and related ERP, HCM, and Digital Finance career opportunities, or to understand how we can support you, please contact Oliver Steele at SystemsAccountants: oliver@systemsaccountants.com.
