Experience in finding and analyzing innovation in Medical Device and Technology (including digital) fields Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive inorganic growth strategies Experience in Business Development, Private Equity of Management Consulting in healthcare is preferred Strong leadership skills and has led cross functional teams to deliver results Can demonstrate the ability to communicate (verbally, written, powerpoint) in English and Mandarin to Senior Leaders at a country, regional and global level Can demonstrated attention to detail, methodical work approach, strong ownership of work assigned and can deliver results Significant work experience to show a track record of working independently across functions and business units in a manner that is aligned with the J&J Credo Strong business and financial acumen Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills A bachelor’s degree in medical device / healthcare / science / engineering / business related fields from a reputable university Advanced degrees or professional accreditation is a plus Qualifications Working closely with commercial teams, find and analyze new innovative technologies to drive inorganic growth for Johnson & Johnson Medical in China Lead cross functional teams and execute external partnership opportunities in line with strategy and the J&J credo Develop growth strategies involving external opportunities for the China market in partnership with Global and China teams Conduct primary and secondary researches on market and technology to generate inputs for strategy formation and deal origination Present partnership opportunities to Country and Regional Senior Leaders Conduct and manage due diligence Prepare market and valuation models Translate and draft presentation materials Build and maintain connections with key stakeholders internally and externally
