Assist Danishspeaking customers with travel bookings including flights hotels car rentals and package holidays.
Provide guidance on itinerary changes cancellations refunds and travelrelated questions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of the travel agencys products services and policies.
Accurately log customer interactions and manage tickets in the companys CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations when necessary.
Requirements.
Language Skills.
Native Danish speaker with B2C1 proficiency in English.
Experience.
12 months of experience in customer support (experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not required).
Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Adaptability to rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with travel booking systems (GDS) is a plus.

Work Schedule.
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM.
