This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and a proactive attitude to maintain stability and operational efficiencyEscalate unresolved issues from Level 1 to Level 2 support teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and effective problem resolution.Responsibilities: Continuous Monitoring: Proactively monitor the network and infrastructure to identify possible problems or anomalies, using monitoring tools and alert systems early.Incident Detection and Diagnosis: Investigate and diagnose reported incidents or identified, determining their root cause and evaluating their impact on system performance.Problem resolution: Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve issue incidents. efficiently, following established procedures and using best practices in problem solving.Communication and reporting: Maintain clear and timely communication with the management team leadership and other team members, providing updates on the status of the incident and the progression of resolution activities.Documentation: Thoroughly document incidents, actions taken, and solutions implemented in the incident management system, guaranteeing the integrity and documentation accuracy.Collaboration and support: work closely with internal and external teams, providing technical support and assistance in implementing changes or updates to infrastructureRequirements:Previous experience in similar roles in network operations or network operations centers (NOC).Solid knowledge of computer networks, operating systems and infrastructure technologies.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Proactivity and ability to take initiative in solving problems.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.Teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations.NOC L1 operator plays a critical role in maintaining stability, operational and team efficiency.
