They reach millions of passengers across hundreds of destinations, Making Every Flight One to Remember.Join their dynamic team and become part of a community committed to innovation, excellence, and enhancing the passenger experience.The Role:We are looking for a Node Backend Developer to join their Interactive team focusing on their Entertainment Platform. You’ll be working with the relevant airline project leaders giving solutions to their business needs and requests, solving and preventing production bugs, and increasing the internal quality of the product (reducing technical debt, increasing performance.…).They need of you:4+ years of experience with Node.JSExcellent communication skills, fluent in English, and Spanish (oral / written)Experience working in a fast-paced environment maintaining a strong focus on client satisfactionExperience in designing and developing APIs Experience in CI/CD, database, and GitStrong development best practicesStrong attention to documented code, tests, and continuous integrationWhy join with them? A full-time permanent contract with an attractive compensation package according to your profile. 40-55k€ gross/year to negotiate in function of your proven experience.Flexible Compensation Plan (restaurant, transport, health insurance, and childcare)Flexible working hours with a hybrid work policy in function of need of clients, team or manager. Intensive work days on Fridays and in August.Offices located in Cornella (near to Splau commercial center).An international environment (20 nationalities) with a dynamic and disruptive teamLimitless professional development at Europe's fastest-growing company in its categoryWhat your day-to-day will look like:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services meeting business needs and requirements using Node.js.Collaborate with the team to ensure that software is designed and implemented according to best practices and standards.Implement and maintain database structures and optimize queries for performance.Create technical documentation and implement APIs.Enforce strong security practices and ensure protection against vulnerabilities.Perform maintenance, updates, and enhancements in the code.Collaborate with other team members, such as QA, project managers, and other developers to ensure the quality of the product and compliance with client’s requests.
