You’ll be working with the relevant airline project leaders giving solutions to their business needs and requests, solving and preventing production bugs, and increasing the internal quality of the product (reducing technical debt, increasing performance.…).Your day-to-day will look like:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services meeting business needs and requirements using Node.js.Collaborate with the team to ensure that software is designed and implemented according to best practices and standardsImplement and maintain database structures and optimize queries for performance.Create technical documentation and implement APIs.Enforce strong security practices and ensure protection against vulnerabilities.Perform maintenance, updates, and enhancements in the code.Collaborate with other team members, such as QA, project managers, and other developers to ensure the quality of the product and compliance with client’s requestsWho Are We Looking For?Hard Skills:4+ years of experience with Node.JSExcellent communication skills, fluent in English, and Spanish (oral / written)Experience working in a fast-paced environment maintaining a strong focus on client satisfactionExperience in designing and developing APIsExperience in CI/CD, database, and GitStrong development best practicesStrong attention to documented code, tests, and continuous integrationNice to have knowledge of Javascript, React, or AngularSoft Skills:Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, coupled with business presence, adaptability, and resilienceStrong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues.You are organized with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentYou are a proactive, persistent, and highly results-driven person with a continuous learning mindset.Customer-driven mindset with a positive attitude & energy, coupled with trustworthiness and excellent work ethicTravels: This position includes occasional tripsWhat We Offer:A full-time permanent contract with an attractive compensation package according to your profileFlexible Compensation Plan (restaurant, transport, health insurance, and childcare)Flexible working hours with a hybrid work policy (intensive work days all Fridays and in August)An international environment (20 nationalities) with a dynamic and disruptive teamLimitless professional development at Europe's fastest-growing company in its category
