NON SELLABLE - SUPPLY CHAIN INTERNSHIP

Our Non Sellable Supply Chain Department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team.
If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
Your role will be.
Update order tracking dashboard (warehouse reception, pick&pack and invoicing).
Create an annual calendar with the most important milestones (order recording dates, releases, shipments...) of these teams.
Collect/monitor the necessary information to record special requests.
Manage courier shipments.
Follow up and solve possible incidences of these shipments until their final destination.

You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE.
If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.
pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays You'll receive study support gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy About you.
Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Business.
Previous experience in supply chain/logistics/samples management would be a plus.
Analytical thinking, great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
High level of both Spanish and English is mandatory.
Any other language will be considered as plus.
Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs, experience in Power BI would be a plus.
Facilitate problem solving by involving and cooperating with the teams.
Ability to prioritise and multi-task, use own initiative and work autonomously when required.
