O&M SITE SUPERVISOR (PV) ☀️

📢 We are looking for an O&M Site Supervisor (PV) to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!✅Functions & Responsibilities:Project Management: Support the management of medium to large facility projects within the O&M (Operations & Maintenance) department, ensuring efficient and safe operations.HSE Compliance: Ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are met for all O&M activities in operating facilities.PV Plant Operations: Manage a portfolio of PV plants, ensuring O&M tasks are performed in line with contractual obligations and focused on maximizing performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaboration and Coordination: Assist asset managers with O&M requirements, review procedures, optimize asset performance, attend meetings with contractors, and assess risks and opportunities.Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Prepare technical reports, oversee project progress for monthly approvals, and maintain relationships with suppliers, administrations, and stakeholders at the site level.💼 Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience as an O&M Site Supervisor for PV plants.Basic to Intermediate English language proficiency (B1-B2), Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal.Bonus points 🎯 if you have:Technical Certification/Training in the electrical, Solar O&M, or telecommunications fields.Exhaustive knowledge of full-service/LTSA O&M contracts from main O&M contractors and/or OEMs (main equipment manufacturers).Ability to read and evaluate O&M manuals and procedures, Maintenance Plans and reports.Ability to organize and coordinate multiple crews.Able to read and understand electrical prints and racking plans.Ability to identify proper electrical workmanship practices.Experience working with AC & DC electricity and grid intertie PV systems.Experience with 3-Phase electrical systems.Strong understanding of all aspects of solar PV design, installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Great time management, analytical and problem resolution capacity.Adaptability and availability to be based close to the projects.Why Join Us?At CTGE, we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose.
