Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK Role Description   As a Capability Trainer, you will be responsible of the design and deliver educational programs for our Customer Facing Teams (CFR), in order to help them evolve and upskill their roles.
For this role, you must be an expert in the product and the markets we operate in.
You will work closely with our CF people to identify challenges they face on-the-job and look for a solution.
The Capability Trainer will coordinate with the cross functional team on the design of strategies and brand plan.
This work will be especially important with the brand team but will require also deep involvement with the Medical and Access Departments to better understand molecule and disease as well as the market reality for both retail and hospital-based businesses.
This is a temporary position (9 months).
#hybrid Main Responsibilities   Maintain a close follow up on business reality and analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team based on feedback gathered from sales leads and direct interactions with SR in the field.
Design Training Curricula for the SR and create a plan to deliver including budget requirements, vendors to collaborate with if needed … etc.
Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, … etc.
Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
Explore new approaches and techniques in order to evolve and improve our existing training programs.
Coordinate with external trainers and Sales Manager and stay up to date with the latest market news.
Requirements Work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
Experience in customer facing roles, mainly a sales position or MSLs – RHAM.
Ability to design effective sales training programs and ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
Outstanding coaching and sales skills.
Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
Solid communication and presentation abilities.
Flexibility and capacity to React and Adapt.
Enthusiasm for Learning Ability to interact with different stakeholders BSc degree in Science Fluent in English Valuable.
Additional certification in training is a plus.
Project Management skills.
