The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in document management systems (DMS) and the OpenText suite of products. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of document management, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows for our clients.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:• Consulting and Advisory Services:o Provide expert advice on best practices for document management, leveraging OpenText solutions.o Assess client needs and recommend appropriate OpenText products and features.• Implementation and Integration:o Lead the implementation of OpenText solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.o Configure and customize OpenText products to meet client-specific needs.o Integrate OpenText solutions with existing systems and applications.• Technical Expertise:o Develop and maintain technical documentation for OpenText configurations and customizations.o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OpenText implementations.o Provide technical support and guidance during and after deployment.• Functional Expertise:o Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization through document management.o Design and document functional specifications for document management workflows.o Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to ensure effective utilization of OpenText solutions.Continuous Improvement:• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in document management and OpenText technologies.• Propose and implement improvements to existing document management processes and systems.• Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the team.Mandatory Skills Description:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document management systems and OpenText solutions.• Proven track record of successful OpenText implementations and integrations.• Experience with OpenText Content Suite, Extended ECM, Documentum, or other OpenText products.• Proficiency in OpenText configuration, customization, and integration.• Strong understanding of DMS principles and best practices.• Experience with programming languages and frameworks relevant to OpenText solutions (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript).• Familiarity with database management and SQL.• Functional Skills:• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Experience in conducting user training and creating documentation.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Catalan languageLanguages:English: B2 Upper IntermediateSpanish: C1 Advanced
