Chemo produces its own active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as well as finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) covering the main therapeutic groups (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System, Anti-infectives, Respiratory, Women's Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology and Urology).Global ResponsibilityCreate, analyze, schedule and monitor continuous improvement projects of pharma plants, making protocols and approving documentation, locating, validating and proposing those who can help carry out these projects and training employees in new projects in order to increase the performance and effectiveness of plants in all its processes.Specific ResponsibilitiesIndustrial Engineering reporting and data analysis: reconciliation of the information from local companies. Focus on reporting, data transparency and analysis. OEE report, material and packaging waste reports, Operations Reviews templates, Costs-Losses relationship, etc.…Operational Excellence Program execution and positive impact on business results: Supporting the implementation of local improvement projects – triggered by bottlenecks analysis and cost analysis at site level – to increase capacity and / or eliminate operational wastes in the process.Training and Development: Developing Lean Manufacturing training modules and materials, based on methods defined. Train the team involved in the project’s execution.Digitalization: Supporting the implementation of digitalization strategies in the local companiesCoordinate and implement existing processes and advice for improving and optimizing them, taking care of analysis and documentation.Develop and monitor continuous improvement plans and support in the implementation of new standards work.Develop proposals for improving processes.Train people involved in the different departments.Implement Lean Manufacturing in different industrial plants.Requirements and personal skillsEducation: Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably in Organization or similar. Master is a plus.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): +5 years in continuous improvement processes, working with LEAN SIX SIGMA, in manufacturing environments/industrial plants.
