This unique blend of technology, data and passionate people serves as a catalyst for all businesses aiming to unlock their full potential in the travel arena.HBX Group comprises four best-in-class B2B brands that meet the needs of its growing and diverse client base across 190+ global markets.Job Responsibilities and Functions:The main function of this role is to coordinate and control the daily, weekly, and emergency software deployments into production and infrastructure changes minimizing the impact to the business operations assuring availability and performance. This role reports directly to the Change and Release Manager. Your main Accountabilities and Functions are: To lead the weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board) as the change manager where the changes are approved or rejected, also implementation dates and methodology are reviewed. To provide information about the changes, before, during and after the implementation, and communicating it to the business key contacts and technical areas, including senior management. To follow procedures about change management and be able to handle exceptions and prioritize urgent changes. To coordinate emergency changes, software deployments and data loading into production after getting approval from all stakeholders and senior management. To understand the business requirements and the Infrastructure objectives & planRequired Skills and Experience:Strong Technology Background, managing servers, networks, workplace or similar.Previous experience in IT Operations or similar technology functionsExperience in automationExperience using languages such as Python, Java, Go or similarGood Problem Solver and Results OrientatedAdvanced English is a must
