OPERATIONS & TALENT TRAINEE

We are currently looking for an Operations & Talent Trainee.
Role responsibilities.
Support the execution and continuous improvement of our global processes, incorporating feedback from candidates, clients, and the talent team.
Help design and develop high-impact talent-related projects for both clients and internal team.
Take on both strategic and operational roles, with autonomy and accountability.
Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview coordination, candidate appraisals, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate schedules and agendas with the Talent team, candidates, and clients.
Manage recruitment metrics and data reporting to ensure quality and process effectiveness.
Assist in the generation and coordination of employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with academies and institutions.
Provide a dministrative support, including assistance to the senior team.
Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to analyze data, create reports, and visualize recruitment metrics and trends.
Leverage social media and candidate sourcing tools to find and engage potential candidates.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for tracking candidate information, scheduling interviews, generating reports, and maintaining the candidate database.
Coordination and communication with various departments of the company (finance, sales, marketing, talent) for different tasks and projects, ensuring smooth workflow and issue resolution.
What we need.
You are graduating and are looking for experience to growth in HR / Digital / Consulting.
Availability to start ASAP.
Possibility of arranging a six-month internship agreement with your university  (40hs weekly ideally).
