Position Summary.
Support product engineering development, including tooling design, process planning, and equipment commissioning.
Support the development/modification of machines and production lines, controlling production quality and costs.
Provide technical support for production lines, and improve work instruction documents, including process documents, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
Investigate and handle manufacturing process abnormalities, equipment failures, and non-conforming products, and propose improvement measures.
Work with production, quality, and maintenance teams to analyze and resolve issues occurring in daily production.
Conduct supplier evaluations for raw materials, equipment, and tools, and provide suggestions for improvements in design and process.
Support the company's lean and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide technical support for production during pilot production and production launch.
Verify designs on test benches and vehicles when necessary.
Support module-level validation.
Responsibilities.
Assist in product engineering development, including the design of jigs and fixtures, process planning, and equipment setup.
Support the development and modification of machinery and production lines to control production quality and costs.
Provide technical support for production lines and refine work instruction documents, including process documentation, PFMEA, control plans, and operation manuals.
Investigate and address manufacturing process anomalies, equipment failures, and non-conforming products, proposing improvement measures.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to analyze and resolve daily production issues.
Evaluate suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and tooling, offering suggestions for design and process improvements.
Support the company's lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
Offer technical support during pilot production and production launch.
Validate designs on test benches and vehicles when required.
Support module-level validation.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or related fields.
Strong learning ability and a desire for growth.
Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficiency in using CAD, SolidWorks, Catia, and other tools for mechanical design.
Relevant work experience is preferred.
