In addition, Recurrent Energy’s services business has 6 GW of projects under operations and maintenance contracts, either operational or contracted projects.Activities and responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain Cyber security solutions and systems security policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and national regulatory requirements.Lead communication and relation with other operational teams such as corporate IT, cybersecurity and external teams. Implement/execute and oversee the day-to-day OT/ICS operation of Recurrent Energy systems (Hosts, Servers, OT/ICS systems) that belongs to the cybersecurity infrastructure, including Virtualization hosts, VMware, storage, cloud and other security tools.Supervise and control the infrastructure and systems (On-prem/Cloud) for potential security breaches.Experience on leading incident management, OT/ICS vulnerability assessment and change management to comply with the company policies. Identify infrastructure risks related with cyber security and suggest improvement actions to mitigate that risk. Analise, review and solve cyber security incidents that may occur on the infrastructure, making the root cause analysis and thereafter suggesting improvements to avoid it happens again. Execute and manage the cyber security program of the company, acting as a technical leader during the design, deployment and commissioning of the services identified on the mentioned program. Ability to work with external regulatory agencies, auditors and industry experts to ensure compliance always following the appropriated standards: ISA99/IEC62443, NERC-CIP, NIST, ISO 27001Provide technical support to internal and external teams so they can execute their day-to-day work. Strong knowledge of OT ICS designs.Experience on designing business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical systems. Experience on networks and architectures based on defense in depth and multi-layer design. Experience on building and maintaining asset inventory.PROFILE:Experience· Master's degree in computer science, telecommunication, informatics or a related field.· 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS cyber security system and networking security solutions,· C1 English level· Experience on renewable sector will be a plus. Technical Skills· Hands on experience on technical cybersecurity infrastructure: Domain controllers/Active Directory, Multifactor authentication solutions, secure remote access platforms, Antivirus and backups tools, WSUS, RPM (Qradar), SIEM, Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Solarwinds, etc).· Hands-on experience on administering Microsoft systems (Windows 10, Windows Servers) and Red Hat System (Linux based). · Experience on working with ICS infrastructure and plant SCADAs systems. · Networking experience and knowledge of the following concepts: Proxy, Web-Servers, DNS, TCP/UDP, Ethernet/MTUs, Group policy objects.· Deep understanding and knowledge of vulnerability assessment solutions such as: Claroty, Dragos.Soft Skills· Strong written and oral communication skills.· Focus on the internal costumer aiming to provide the best service to them. · Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Eager to learn and help team members.
