OUTSOURCING INTERNSHIP

Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport for gathering and building a national outsourcing resource pool. As well as certifying national outsourcing resources;Support for the implementation of strategies related to outsourcing resources and shares in project execution;Support regarding outsourcing compliance processes, monitoring and implementing on-site management standard actions, including Purchase Order assurance, settlement and payment;Support for daily communication, problem management and relationship maintenance of subcontractors;Project bidding support. The main work is to conduct outsourcing inquiry, analysis, clarification and negotiation according to the company’s Outsourcing requirements;Requirements Good communication and organization skills;Languages: Spanish and English, Chinese skills will be taken into considerationLocation: could be based in Bilbao or Madrid;Education: Undergraduate or higher;
