Responsibilities Your role as Paid Social Specialist (Temporary) will involve.
Implement, manage and optimise social media campaigns on Social Networks (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, among others) Monitor the results of paid campaigns and apply the learnings to the overall strategy and contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring the achievement of objectives and KPIs.
As well as keeping day-to-day budgetary control Maintain an open and fluid communication channel with the content, community managers and creative departments to transfer a 360º vision to the planning To be a reference in the new products of the different Paid Social platforms Maintain a good communication channel with the internal marketing management team, being able to explain technical topics in an easy way Deliver reports based on the analysis of campaign data (Looker Studio, Excel, Business Manager) Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
A Master in Digital Marketing is a plus.
At least 3 years of Paid social experience Good knowledge and hands-on experience on paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest...
Knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, GA4, etc.) Analytical result-oriented mindset Team player Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Our ideal candidate must have great digital marketing skills as well as a solid experience in paid social advertising.
