Mission
The candidate will support the P&O (People & Organization) department in the areas of personnel administration and talent management.
 
Functions
Talent management area:
-Support in the selection process for interns: publication of vacancies, CV screening, administration of psychotechnical tests and conducting interviews.
-Collaborate in the development of internal communication programs.
-Contribute with ideas to improve internal human resources processes.
 
Personnel administration area:
-Collaborate in the management of the incorporation process (Onboarding) with the corresponding department Manager and in the registration of employees in the internal system.
-Support in the maintenance of digital files, shared Excel.
-Publication of employee communications on the internal platform (Viva Engage).          -Management of agreements with universities and their extensions.
