# LifeStyles is currently looking for new talents #”Hi we are #hiring! – Paralegal Position : Paralegal Location : Madrid , Spain Due to the continued expansion of the Company, we are seeking an Paralegal to support our EMEA region.Job Duties will include the following:Provide technical and complex administrative support to the legal department and assigned team/department.Monitor upcoming deadlines, reviewing comments regarding next steps, and prioritizing action points.Conduct independent legal research and perform analysis for the legal department that helps inform company decision making and ensure regulatory compliance.Amend, assist with review, update and maintain a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents for various company and related filings.Collaborate with cross functional teams to obtain required information and to facilitate transactions.Review current and pending legislation to determine potential business impacts.Provide assistance with corporate governance and with complying with statutory responsibilities.Facilitate valid execution of documents in compliance with local law requirements.Organize, manage, and maintain legal files and corporate documents in the central global legal document database.Managing payment of legal supplier invoices and recording in annual budget tracker.Work closely with the global legal team to support the business’ needs.Ideal candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.A minimum of five years’ experience as a Paralegal.Expertise in conducting legal research.Ability to draft legal documents.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Experience in an international environment.Associated behaviors and attitudes.Being results-oriented.Ownership of tasks, hands-onEntrepreneurial spiritCuriosityAgilityAbout the CompanyLifeStyles has a history dating back to 1905 when Eric Ansell first started making condoms in Richmond Australia.Today LifeStyles is a Global leader in the sexual wellness sector, comprising a broad range of condoms, personal lubricants, and other related products and other products in over 60 countries.Owning a large portfolio of trademarks, LifeStyles manufactures and commercializes its products either under leading global non-latex condom brands SKYN® under its local heroes such as LifeStyles®, Manix®, Unimil®, and Blowtex® and Control®.Outside of branded products, the Company also supports universities, NGOs, and other organizations as part of a broader effort to promote sexual health and prevent the spread of STDs and STIs.
