Reporting to the Corporate Legal Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Spain and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Legal and its' growth.
Key responsibilities.
• Provide technical and complex administrative support to the legal department.
• To prepare, amend, assist with review, update and maintain a variety of legal documents.
• Provide assistance with corporate governance and with complying with statutory responsibilities.
• Preparing and filing documents with public bodies such as Tax Agency, Commercial Registry, or with the Notary Public.
• Support administrative needs of the department • Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes Key requirements • Ability to draft legal documents/completed templates, detail orientated.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Desirable expertise fields.
corporate legal operations.
• Proficiency on standard software (Microsoft Office, MS Teams).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
• Readiness to face a changing environment and proactive attitude towards new challenges.
• Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written; • A minimum of 1 years' experience working as paralegal.
• Degree in Law, Paralegal studies or a related field.
