Our work is deeply rooted in storytelling, blending the past with the future to produce layered, meaningful creations. We specialize in couture-level craftsmanship, designing garments that celebrate the uniqueness of real human bodies while embracing innovation.We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pattern Drawer / Digital Patternmaker to join our team in Madrid. If you excel in CLO3D, have a deep understanding of couture techniques, and possess the ability to create patterns for diverse body shapes, this is your opportunity to work at the intersection of tradition and innovation.Key Responsibilities:• Translate design sketches and creative concepts into precise digital patterns using CLO3D, ensuring couture-level precision and attention to detail.• Develop patterns that are tailored to real human bodies, embracing individual proportions and anatomical diversity.• Work closely with the design team to ensure patterns reflect the creative vision while maintaining functionality, fit, and technical excellence.• Refine prototypes digitally and physically, offering solutions to enhance fit, drape, and overall aesthetic.• Collaborate with seamstresses, tailors, and the production team to ensure seamless transitions from digital patterns to physical garments.• Combine traditional couture techniques with cutting-edge digital tools, finding harmony between craftsmanship and technology.• Solve complex construction challenges, contributing innovative approaches to achieve perfect fit and silhouette.• Maintain and organize digital pattern archives for efficient access and future use.Key Requirements:• Proficiency in CLO3D is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.• Extensive experience in couture patternmaking, including a deep understanding of garment construction, tailoring, and fitting for real bodies.• Strong knowledge of fabric behavior and how to manipulate materials for optimal drape and structure.• Previous experience in both digital and traditional patternmaking is highly valued.• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for achieving the highest level of craftsmanship.• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus but not required).• A collaborative mindset, capable of working seamlessly with creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:• The opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, concept-driven atelier pushing the boundaries of fashion and design.• A workspace that celebrates individuality, craftsmanship, and the intersection of tradition and innovation.• Competitive salary and benefits.• Ongoing professional development and the chance to grow with a highly creative team.How to Apply:If you’re a skilled patternmaker with expertise in couture and a passion for both technology and craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
