upport recruitment and selection processes to attract a diverse and talented workforce.
ssist with onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
anage and optimize our HR software to enhance operational efficiency.
rovide support in health and safety (PRL) initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
oordinate training and development programs to facilitate employee growth and skill enhancement.
versee employee accommodation arrangements to ensure a positive living experience.
ssist with operational HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
oster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
ddress employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
nalyze employee feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
ualificationsWhat we are looking for.
U Nationality is required.
luent English and Spanish.
Other Languages is a plus.
urrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
trong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
xcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
bility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
roven experience in employee engagement and performance management.
roficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
trong analytical and problem-solving skills.
luent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
