PERFORMANCE AND PROJECT CONTROLLER

Performance of tasks that are usually performed with some level of initiative and autonomy from the employee executing them.
Always carried out under supervision.
Direct report to the R&D & Project Controlling Team Leader.
Scope of the position.
BU4/local level   How can you become part of our success?    Support definition and implementation of ME strategy & performance management.
upport ME planning, budgeting & forecasting and closing activities.
Support derivation, implementation and reporting of measures to reach targets.
Support controlling of customer projects within PDP process, incl.
CapEx before SOP and transfer prices.
Support customer project cost calculation within PDP process.
Support analysis of product costs, identify levers for cost optimization and consult project stakeholder to close gap between actual and target costs.
Support project related make-or-buy decisions.
What skills do you need?    Bachelor’s degree or similar.
English (C1).
(Desirable) German and Spanish will be a plus.
Good knowledge of automotive and supplier industry specifics Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, BI solutions, ERP  solutions (e.
., SAP) and project controlling tools (e.
., FACTON) 3-4 years expertise in reporting / customer project/ PDP controlling and cost calculation.
