If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want to make an impact on the home financing space, this is the role for you.Your Role 🚀 You will be responsible for managing our paid digital marketing efforts and driving qualified leads for our mortgage products. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and optimize our cost per SQL, with a focus on getting highly qualified mortgage buyers.As a Marketing Performance Specialist, you will 🛠Lead Paid Marketing Channels: Own the day-to-day management of paid search, paid social, and other performance channels, ensuring optimized performance against cost per lead and customer acquisition targets.Brief the Creative Team: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and landing pages, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve performance.Test & Learn: Implement growth experiments, continuously optimizing marketing campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative iterations.Performance Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to leadership.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with inside sales and sales teams to ensure conversion of leads along the funnel, leverage the mortgage experts knowledge and align on priorities and business needs.Growth Strategy: Contribute to the overall growth strategy for Hipoo by identifying new channels, tactics, and opportunities for scaling our customer acquisition efforts.What We Look For 🔍ExperienceYou’ve managed large-scale paid marketing budgets with a focus on customer acquisition.You’ve directly managed and are very comfortable with both Google SEM andFacebook, and also may have experience with at least one other paid marketing channel (examples being SEO, email marketing, etc.)You preferably have experience in working within the mortgage or financial services industry, preferably with competitors in the home financing space.You love data and feel at home navigating through Excel and Google Analytics; you also may have experience with writing SQL and other tools such asLightdash, Looker, Salesforce, and Mixpanel, or are eager to learnYou excel at communicating insights and performance data to key stakeholders, translating complex analysis into actionable strategies, and can confidently define and implement data-driven action plans.You know how to use tools such as Make.com or Zapier for integrations betwen Google or Facebook and Salesforce.You have a strong sense of design and messaging, with a keen ability to optimize creatives and copy for better performance.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.BehaviouralA proactive self-starter who can think big picture strategy and get into the weeds to bring a strategy to life — you ruthlessly prioritise your time because you understand what’s important and what can waitYou’re scrappy and thrive working under ambiguous and uncertain environments — if you don’t know something, you know you’re able to figure it outYou’re motivated by learning and think through problems from first principlesA team player who works collaboratively with colleaguesAn empathetic, respectful person who seeks to bring others up and who is eager to help make Nomad Homes a great place to workWhat You Get From Us 🎁Competitive salary and employee stock optionsFlexibility — 25 vacation days plus bank holidaysOpportunity to travel and work from other officesThe opportunity to create foundational impact that will shape the future of our business as we grow into new countries and citiesNomad Values 🤝🏁 Win Together – We are a team.
