PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND REVENUE ASSURANCE SUPPORT

Role purpose/ Responsibilities In the area of Personal Assistant, this function consists in supporting the ME CSRM to.
• To manage the diary and commitments to ensure the prioritisation and allocation of time appropriately.
Use judgement to determine whether meeting requests are accepted.
Ensure any agenda, required documentation or pre-reading material is prepared / received in a timely manner prior to the meeting.
Manage demands which require last minute diary adjustments, whilst minimising disruption  • To manage SLT+ agenda and pre-read materials  • To raise purchase orders on behalf of team  • To manage e-mails and correspondence - responding where appropriate and/or forwarding for input to the relevant parties.
• To manage travel and associated expenses– ensure all flights, hotels, transfers and visas are arranged pre travel  • Load all Expenses post travel onto the Concur system in a timely manor  • To maintain a daily to do list and distribute at the end of the day  • To understand Org Structure and key stakeholders  • Undertake ad hoc special projects to support as required.
In the area of Prepaid Revenue streams, this function consists in supporting the Revenue Assurance Manager in building the practical framework required to.
• Improve assurance on figures reported as revenue • Identify actual and potential revenue leakage • Implement controls in the area of Prepaid end-to-end • Implement, review, modify and manage controls around Frits – TCG • Lead appropriate actions to stop/reduce and prevent any identified leakage Key Results Areas (Accountabilities) As a Personal Assistant • Provides transactional services personally, using clear communication and common courtesy and accurately completes tasks and exchanges information as delegated; • Supports colleagues through the application of knowledge; • Understands the relevant processes and purpose in the team; • Regularly exchanges information by being collaborative and working well with others; • May handle difficult contacts; • Makes judgements based on the analysis of factual information; • Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
As a Prepaid Revenue Assurance assistant.
• Review traffic movement and identification of any potential fraudulent around areas covered • Engage key stakeholders and develop appropriate processes • Regular reporting via dashboard and activity universe • Active involvement in the product steering committee and testing related products and services • Provide weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner  • Report on all revenue loss incidents into the MA reporting for areas covered.
• Implement, review, modify and manage Big 5 & RA Manuals controls list to cover emerging risks and better management of existing risks  • Evaluate risks & drive compliance to mitigate risks and ensure FTR change implementation.
• Drive closure of exceptions until resolution   Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • In the area of prepaid revenue stream, analyze business processes versus control points in place in order to continuously assess pertinence of controls and reconciliations.
In this regard, he/she takes necessary actions for enhancing the controls and reconciliations.

• Following controls and reconciliations enhancements identified during the two activities above, design the changes and ensure their effective implementation.
• Contribute to risk assessment review and change management process by giving its recommendations in terms of configurations and/or process, which could become breaches of revenue leakage.
• Establish incident report for identified leakages.
• Provide recommendation and guidance on investigations performed.
• In order to guarantee business continuity within the team, he/she will exceptionally extend his/her scope to other revenue stream.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes • 3 years personal assistant experience, Fraud, Network, Billing or Audit in telecom environment • 3 years Bachelor’s degree in Economy or Finance with a good IT and/or Technical Engineering background.
• 2 years Revenue Assurance experience, Fraud, Network, Billing or Audit in telecom environment • Knowledge of different Telecom billing systems is necessary.
• Computer literacy • Ability to audit cross-functional business process.
